9887 control a h701?

Can a Alpine 9887 control a H701? I have searched the forum and can't find an answer... Thanks for the help guys!!

i heard it cant with the controller, C701 or somethin like that

only deck i know that can is the 9861

not directly no, it can't. You can however, connect the 9887 to the H701 as long as you have the C701 to control it.
