9886 no built in EQ? what?

i did a forum search on the 9886 and found a thread comparing it to the 9887. In that thread someone said that the 9886 doesnt have a built in EQ. i was about to buy one from onlinecarstereo.com cause its exactly what i want, but if it doesnt have an EQ then theres no way, ill go with a pioneer 700bt or something.

Does the 9885 have a built in EQ?

Onlinecarstereo.com says that they both do, and that the 7band graphic is optional with a kit, is that right?

I really dont think its worth it for me to buy a 9887, plus the extra hundred and whatever to hook up my hard drive or mp3 player to it

You need the imprint kit to "unlock it" along with a bunch of other features.

Are you sure? I know for a fact that the 9886 and 9885 do not have parametric eq built in, now using iprint is the first I have heard of unlocking the eq`s in either model...I do know that you use iprint with the 9887. correct me if I`m wrong.
