So since this Expedition doesn't have the premium factory sound system with the sub im going to be putting an 8" Rockford P1 in there ran by an old school Rockford Punch 40sx (80 watts bridged @4ohm)

Here we go.

Stretched the fleece.

Well thats all i have for today, check back for updates!

Are you planning on mixing the resin on the colder side so you don't melt/warp the factory plastic? The downside to doing so is that the resin takes a lot longer to cure.

What did you use to attach the fleece? Staples? Hot glue?
Hot glue

80 watts?? Your not gonna feel or hear shiz, like seriously
Lol this build is for a 50 yr old lady who wants just a tad bit more bass to her music. she isnt looking to do 150db's anytime soon.

Oh btw the RMS rating on the P1 is 50-150 watts so 80 should do fine.
