ya im good on spending the extra money on buying them it works find coming out of the port and for what i got everything for and using regular pillows around the house its pretty loud..i dont care how ghetto it is i no body can see in my trunk with it closed, as long as its loud to me idc im already driving an escort what am i trying to prove to someone by a nice looking setup

how did that sound in the car, and thanks for the tip i think if i go anymore power i may put a new alt in or battery i really just dont wanna spend to much money on this, when i get a new car then ill really get serious on the install n everything for now id say its pretty loud ina ford escort let along alotta cars for a single sub on 1200 watts

i was tune on the higher side i had to 12's sub up port back in a trunk car. it was killin my rear deck i had no rear stage. after big 3 i was at 14.9 , with every thin g set right amp/deck no bass boost etc. at about 3/4 on my deck i was seeing 12.1 or so and 11.8. that was with my lights on. well driving with lights i was seeing 13.5. alt was good , it had a stock 75amp ac delco and duralast gold up front. pretty much get a better battery for up front. dont go crazy and spend money on a alt i found a few for 225 or so.gl pm me for more info

nice im gonna go ahead n do the big 3 then if u had those results on an amp even more powerful, i use to have my l7 up and port back n it was pretty decent.im gonna post a vid when the amp comes in for everyone to see the scort in action lol

cool ill check out the vid, pm me when it is up. i have a hatch with one L7 and im more happy with this off of 400 rms lol. big 3 is easy for the escort ,on the alt where the stock ring connecter is there is a housing with tabs u will have to brake off. 1/0 connecter wont fit. u can sand the tabs down or shave it a bit
