96 Explorer big 3 help

Anyone that has a explorer or the know how on one, were is a good spot for a ground on the motor block. Im asking because i dont think i did it right the 1st time. Thanks!!

ok, got under the truck today, i traced the wire from my batt to the engine block wich is on the starter, my question ism can i run the big 3 wire from that same point back to the batt with the 0 guage wire? Thanks

the factory ground wire goes from the negative battery terminal to the starter housing/mounting bolt?

there should be a wire from the positive battery terminal to the starter terminal. are there two large wires to the starter?

the shorter the better. don't use any existing bolts that require any torque setting. alternator mounting bracket is another choice since the point is to get back to the alt chassis anyway.
