freakin sweet setup, id go with 4.5 tuned to 34 with 65in^2 of port area..

My box is a about 4.5 cubes tuned to about 37-38 with 72in port area. But mine is in a trunk and is a 9515d. Ive only run it off a small amp so far, but it gets loud. I would say dont go over 4.5 cubes especially if you have that much power. I was told that 4.5 cubes is too big for bigger power, but im not sure. I dont really think it is, ive been meaning to ask around some more on how big you can go and use that much power on it safely.

I did a box for a 9515g off 2 AQ2200's. Did 146.4 legal in an explorer. 4.25^3net tuned to 40Hz with 20^2 of port area. Built it to play rock music, but let a guy borrow it and it did pretty good...

i have one woofer now...previously i did a 144.1 at 47hz (not sure if that is even my peak freq.)with one door open,then i ran 2 re sx 12s reconed by Fi audio and did a 145.3 to music sealed with same amp... at the next show im gonna use the 9515 and play the same song i did with the 12s to get an accurate comparison then some tones,also i have not tested my 9515 since it was repaired a few months ago and it handles the power a lil better than the 2 12s too.The box i have now gets pretty low and loud but it seems like it could us more port or something box is 37x17.5x19 double 3/4 all around port is 4"wide 14.5"tall 21.5"long
