95 Ecplise

I've stumbled across a 1995 Black Eclpise. It already has a double stack wing, front bumper, cold air intake. I'm pretty sure it has between 80 and 100,000 miles. It's a 4 cyl. and automatic. The price is 5,900. It would be my first car, since i will be getting my permit in a couple of months. Anyone have any input?

...hmmm...well, i dunno much about dsm, but if it has a 4g63 in there then i'd say go for it...if not, then that price sounds a little exorbitant for an auto i4 w/ that many miles on it.

my bad it has 75000 miles, i went and looked at it again. i dont know about dsm or 4g63... i just thought it would be a good car for my first car and it wouldnt make mom mad since she wants me to just get a 4 cyl.

dsm=poop after 40000 miles, if it has cold air intake, it is not turbo, it is either a gs or rs, i would pass.......ive had to many problems with dsms

let me correct my self on the speciaications. I was way off on most everything.

It is a 97 Eclipse RS

-Auto

-DOHC

-Non-turbo

-75,920 miles

and 5,900 was the price...

It's ugly as hell anyway. Keep on looking. That wing is so stupid. Along with the front ground effect? What's the point in just doin one? I mean if you're gonna do it go all around and make it match.

Personally, I think it looks hot as hell, so the question then becomes... do you want it to kick *** on the road or are you satisfied with it just driving okay and looking nasty as hell? Because an RS without enough help isn't really that impressive...

I dont like the whole body kit stuff...too much flash

i personally like the wing, but i guess thats just me. i dont see why who ever did so much work to it didnt just buy a whole body kit instead of just buying the front bumper, but oh well. since its already got this done to it, that would probably save me 500 bucks so i could go on and add a system and some engine parts.
