92-95 civic kick pannel cut out any done this yet?

Anyone in here have a eg civic that they have cut the kick pannels out to give more depth I am looking at going with the CDT 06+ mids but they need to be sealed in a .25- .33 cubic foot. I figure I should stick with the kick pannels to keep best imaging and didn't know if any one has done this already and has any input or pictures of there instal. I know I need to move the ECU and wire it under the seat but other than that. Thanks guys

Moving your ecu and wiring it under the seat will take forever you know how many wires are going to correct? I mean if thats what you want to do go ahead but I would rather you not remove the ecu but leave it there. Build fiberglass kickpods that stick out from where they are now and not go in. You can start with the factory covers and attach your mdf rings to that and stretch your fleece over and add some glass. Sounds like it might be a good learning project for you. trying looking up what other people have done on http://www.fiberglassforums.com
