They are in great condition. I was going to use them for my civic but decided to go another route. The panels are black plastic. I have the mids screwed in, and also glued very very good. I bought the mids practically brand new and have used them for about 6 months. I also have the crossovers, but the tweeters are not for sale.
I will let the panels, both mids, and the crossovers go for $220 shipped OBO.
