sorry for the noob question but i'm going to get a box custom built and instead of using a traditional slot port i was thinkin about getting one of these. the only problem is how do you know what these are tuned to???? setup in sig going in a 98 pontiac montana minivan

the tuning depends on the length v.s. the air space in the box.

I can ship usps. I have some makeshift couplers avail. But I wont have real ones for a while. The aluminum tape works well has been tested to last over a year in a box in the heat. It feels as solid as a coupler with PVC glue if you put it on right.

Your couplers are about 3 inches well one is like 7 inches. I dont have any real couplers left. My makeshift couplers are taping the joint, 3" piece of pipe cut in one spot and expanded over the joint and then taped again.

nice cuz i already gooped in the stationary port and it sticks out 1.5 inches. ill use the 3 inch coupler on that. they didnt come today so i guess illl get them monday.
