Ah, so because 1 guy told you it, it must be true...i know someone who makes custom subs and boxes and he has dealt with many of sundowns products and he said they dont like to last very long.
.op, im not sure what moron told you sundown products dont last, but there is a sa-8 in a crx thats used for burps ( cant remember the owners name) that has been in the car for i want to say close to 2 years, they are putting slightly over 1600 watts to it and doing 152.x and they have been running the same sub the whole time, no recones no upgrades. now if that is not durable enough for you then i think there is something wrong
audioque doesnt make 8's...Seen some Audioque SDC8''s that would take 1krms each the other day. Motor appeared to be bigger than the sub itself......
The used to make the SD8, back when they had 3 woofer lines and offered better subs, in my opinion...but there's no stock SDC8's unless the guy had one and reconed it to an 8"er.audioque doesnt make 8's...
doesnt matter if it was one guy..it matters how many subs were used.Ah, so because 1 guy told you it, it must be true...
Indeed, and were only like $89 a piece too.yeah I remember those...looked similar to the dd 8's
ok, right now a good friend of mine has 2 sa-8s on 2k runs them daily, they never flinch, and in fact dont get warm, nateberrier on here ran a pair for about 6 months on well over double what they are rated for in an box that was actually a little big for the pair, never had a problem with them. the only thing that i have ever seen or heard going wrong with an sa-8 is when they first came out the leads had a habit of breaking, that was soon fixed,.
yea maybe for burps but im talkin for daily use
It does if it was user error //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifdoesnt matter if it was one guy..it matters how many subs were used.
