87 Z28 Mounting Kit

Hey, I just installed my Kenwood KDC-MP238 hu in my 87 camaro. everything is working great, I just dont know what mounting kit to get. Currently the HU is just sitting loosely in there.

Also, If anyone would like to recommend a sub and amp, I'm looking to run a single 12" in the back (looking for osmething of high qualityish.) Looking to spend no more than 700$ on an amp/sub/sub wiring kit

ill check out what walmart has. i bought a metra kit today at advance auto parts and they only had one of the brackets i needed in the bag, so i returned it. when i looked at the faceplate and put the HU in it, it looked like it would have a lot of space around it as well

It's been many years since I had my Camaro but I recall using the schosche kit, and you could either install a 1/2 din eq below the deck, or it came with a small "pocket" piece that you could put under it..

very nice. the dash hole is pretty large, so yeah i assume a pocket piece would work. thanks man, im gonna check out walmart this week for a kit
