Hi.. I have a Pontiac Grandam, the year is a 1987. I just got it, and I'm plan on using the cd player that i had from my last one. It's a JVC and I bought it at Best Buy. I just want to know how to uninstall my radio I have now. I have had a chace to look at it, but I don't make any sense of what I am seeing. I had no problem with my former car, but this one eludes me on how to take out the old stereo system. I can do the wiring....I just need to konw how to get the old radio out. It's the radio that came with the car, and I jsut need to get it out. If anybody knows these systems and can help me off, and I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

I tried. I took off the knobs and have took off two nuts that are connected to what i think are screws on the inside, but the screws don't come out. Also the entire head unit is really well put in, and now i am at a total loss as how to take it out.
