860mp face wont close

Just wondering if any1 has experienced this and if so what did you do to fix it? If any1 knows of a repair shop in the L.A. area or Orange County area let me know. Heres a pic of what Im talking about the face no longer closes so I am not able to play cds anymore or to remove the face.

lol try tapping on it a few times, i know it sounds crazy but sometimes it works. also try repeditvly pushing the close button or put in a cd.

disconnect the battery, then reconnect maybe.

always worked on my deh-p80mp

think there should be a tiny lil reset button on the face of that unit, try press and hold it in, until you hear a whine noise, then jus set all your filter and everything again

Ditch the pioneer and get alpine deck I had one that the cd would not eject all the way out. Got a alpine deck never had a problem.
