800x1 at 4 ohms

im runnin a RF power 551s right now on a diamond macdaddy, i feel like it isnt enough, the speaker itself says 600 rms so i figured 550w should push it find, it slams and all, but it just doesnt seem accurate at all, kind of bad SQ.i looked at the manual the other day and it says the sub takes 800rms, why would the speaker say 600 and the manual say 800?anyways, what amp should i go with for 800x1 at 4 ohms. lookin for semi cheap amp.
