80 should be more then plenty

For DP's I would shoot for 100+

For a daily box 16^2 per cube is fine, but if it's more of a burp box then the extra port area won't hurt.

That'd be fine, although a bit more I don't think would hurt. Got 80in^2 with the SE's, and they go boom

with a box of 4.2 cubic ft i got a port length of 47 using winisd and a length of 44 inches punching in the numbers my self.
