Personally heard one of these in a ranger in a 'glass center console. Was pretty impressive for one and he guy had one coil dieon him at the show. Still sounded pretty good. yea heard one before, it was sloppy. there are better 8s out there that can get loud and still maintain its quality.

I've always wanted to play with one so ehhhhhhh I went ahead and bought one.

I have an older model 8 inch L5 and I put it in a 1 cube ported box tuned to 32 hz. It got nice and loud and low but it just sounded ok. Take a look at these 8's
