8" CDT or Image Dynamics sub?

I'm going to be buying a subwoofer soon. I have an 8" box on order and it's all I can fit in my trunk and still have room for storage. This subwoofer will be powered by a Pioneer Premier D4100 with the rear two channels bridged with a max of 300 watts at 4O RMS. I need to find an 8" that plays low, hits hard, fits the power requirements, and doesn't sound like ghetto boom sub like Kicker makes. It also has to be around $120.

I like the CDT because it plays low and I like the ID because the Xmax is close to an JL 8W7 at half price. Out of those, which one is the best for my needs or what would you folks recommend instead of the two above?

i think he meant 4 ohms but anyway get the ID,no comparison

It's 4 ohms. I didn't feel like looking for the omega symbol and that was close enough.

I havent heard one but a friend of mine has several. Said they sound pretty good, for the money a good buy.
