There is a guy on caco who makes them out of pvc I believe. I think he is asking like 50 bucks shipped for a 20 inch long aero port. He can make them longer or shorter if need be. He may even be a member on this forum.

make sure you know what you want before you jump

all of the mentioned have pros and cons

pvc is light weight but not adjustable without cutting it and getting a coupling or taping it back together and now what if you want to go longer you need to tape little pieces together

woods nice it strong and heavy but stays one length forever

fiberglass is great too and its light weight but again its one lengh

sonotube is nice strong cheap and if you want to change length all you need to do is carry around a bunch of different lengths of 12" pipe in your car but it lacks the flare on ethe terminus so it will require a larger port area than any of the above mentioned pretty much making it a changeable slot port

my ports are strong, light weight, dont break if dropped, adjust in length to adjust tuning frequency on the fly without saws or tape and couplings, they have the ability to be any shape so rounds not the only way to go .

i can do oval square triangle octagon you name it ! and i can bend them around any angle corner not just the 90/45/22.5/11.25 degree elbows available for pvc and still retain adjustability on both ends but they are a lot more expensive that most ports i weld them and they are all hand made here in buffalo NY
