This Sony neodymium woofer features an attractive, high quality treated paper cone, high-excursion flat spider, and extended pole piece for improved bass response. It is recommended for use in surround speakers, mini monitors, or compact multi-way systems, as well as being an ideal candidate for line array designs. Magnetically shielded.

Got a graph of em? And how many ya got? For a l=nice line array I be thinking you need 8 per side.
No graph, but they have good reviews from others from what I have seen. I assume with some minor EQ they can be made pretty flat, like most any other speaker. I have quite a few...8 per side is the minimum I'd do if you were wanting to do an array.

 
how much power do you think these can really take if they are cut off at 100hz?
100hz, not a whole lot more than rated(rated power is playing full range). But if you use some dedicated 8-10" mids/subs and cross these at ~250hz with at least a 12db slope, I imagine they can get really loud when put in groups and stay clean since they won't be playing much bass/midbass. I'm sure EQing a few bands will be able to yield some nice results.
