Alright guys Im looking into running 3 of the RL-i 8s because of space problems. Now my questions is will these still hit the low down notes? I have a friend who says 8s just absolutely blow "there midbass". I've never ran 8s my self so what can you guys tell me? thanks for the help.

8" subwoofers will play just as low as any other subwoofer. How loud will it play those low frequencies? That's a different story.

this isnt going to be a compatetion system or anything and with the the space limitations I think its a worth a try

im debating either 1 rlp 12 or 2rli8's. The 12 would be louder i think, but im kinda worried it wouldn't be loud enough for me.....but it does have the "cool factor" of 8's.

what i find funny -dont take this as an insult please im not intending it to be- people talk about 15's in ported boxxes here yet alot of the same people talk about doing 8's....thats like deciding between a muscle car and a yugo lol
