FS 8 disc dvd/cd changer. bought it about 6 months ago from onlinecarstereo.com took it out of my truck about 4 months ago after buying an in dash that didnt need a seperate disc changer. Paid over $400 looking for $215 shipped.. Or a new 06 solobaric l7 12"

Can it be used stand alone of does it require a Panasonic head unit? What all comes with it? Does it have optical output?
