7Kv.2 or EU-700

Hello.

I was thinking to install two ed 7Kv.2s inside my rear doors for subwoofer duty.

Probably I'm going to power them with 100W at 4 ohm or 200W at 2 ohm each.

Does any use these subwoofers in the doors? How do you like them? How many watts are you feeding them?

Any problems like door rattlings?

Any feedbacks will be great.

I just wanted some opinions from the people who actually have used these subwoofers in IB setups

Try over at ICIXsound.com, you may have better luck over there if looking for people with experience.

arnt eu-700 and 7kv.2 pretty much same drive... except the 7kv.2 was the eu-700 before except there were slight modifications..... (supposely) made...?

Imo i dont see a difference... but i hear they are decent for price and if u get enough of em.. get loud...

In your case.. i heard few accounts of people running them in doors... heard no matter what... ull rattle ur door to shit =].... but do good job as dedicated midbass what they say.... however as sub bass in doors.......... that stupid? why not mount on rear deck or trunk.... something that wont rattle that you no right away....
