Depends what car you have. Don't have to spend all of it to get good sound. My most recent substage I spent about $150 on box, sub and amp and have more than enough bass. Made a super efficient box, low power efficient sub and low power amp = much healthier electrical system without any upgrades.
its going in a 2003 f150 supercrew with the back seats layed down and the box on that. im looking to get a good bit louder than my previous setup which was a single 15" dc lvl 4 on a aq1200d.
I've got about 750 too. Debating on waiting and saving more to go with two AQ2200d's and HDC3's or to try and be reasonable and go with a single AQ amp. Meh
Foo, it doesn't matter what sub you buy, so long as you finish off the install with a set of authentic Funky Pup Dust Caps! Nothing on this Earth has as much astronomical influence over the starts and SPLs than the Funky Pup Dust Caps.
