Front stage: Pioneer REV 6.5 component (around $120)

Rear Fill: Pioneer REV 6.5 or 6x9 coax (around $90-$110)

Amp: Cadence TXA3004 (around $145)

Sub: MB Quart RWE-302 500W Dual 2 ohm (around $120)

Amp: Alpine MRP-M500 500W@2ohm (around $180)

Source: Alpine CDE-9881 (around $150)

What are your opinions on this setup. Good bang for the buck? If anyone can suggest anything cheaper or know of a cheaper price for anything listed please let me know. I want to do it as cheap as possible but still have great SQ. M budget is $750 or less.

Thanks much.

drop the rear fill and either bridge that amp or get a 2 channel amp. also you can find a cheaper sub amp than the alpine such as say the cadence txa line 750.1 mono amp. not to mention that your sub being dual 2 wont match up with that amp since its not 2 ohm stable and you can only wire your sub to 1 or 4 ohms.

that way if you drop some of that like the rear fill and maybe switch up some amps, you could get a better head unit. idk if you like alpine but it has virtualy no true equalizer. Try looking for either a pioneer deh-p8600mp on ebay which are super nice head units and can be boguht for around 165 or so now a days or look at some of the eclipse head units. whatever floats your boat.

here try this.

cadence txa-750d: 134 shipped on ebay

cadence txa-150.2: 84 shipped on ebay

get your revs for 120

RE Audio SE 10" dual 2 if there is one and dual 4 otherwise: 155 or so on ebay shipped

deh-p670mp for about 120-140 shipped on ebay

613 -633 shipped for a bangin system

Thanks for the input. I think I will hold off on the rear fill for the time being. I want it in there eventually though. I have people in the back seat alot. As for the sub I have heard the MB Quarts I listed before and am pretty much bent on them and I want a 12". That TXA-750D will be able to run that sub though wont it. The sub comes in dual 2 and 4 ohm for the same price on woofersetc.com. Also according to Alpines site that amp looks like it is 2 ohm stable.

well the thing is that if you got the alpine amp you would have to run it at 4 ohms wh wouldnt give you more than 300 watts. you can use the cadence to run that sub but would strongly take the RE iver it being as it is much more reliable and would be a better overall sub, but its your choice. anymore questions just ask away.
