I guess they haven't posted replies yet, but if you must know, one just arrived via UPS tracking on the 1st... I know viveet is legit, and I was never trying to take his business, I just wanted to get rid of wood. He is a pro box builder.

Heres a review: Box looked cheaply built. Port not screwed in on one side nor gluing on that side. So port vibrated loose during shipment. Caulking not present on some internal edges, including 2 internal sides of the port.

I had to rip the carpet off and screw the port together on the bad side. I had squeeze glue into the seems, boy did i pack the glue. Waited a day, then caulked the crap out of. Reapplied carpet.

In the end, its working. Bass hits as expected, but seeing how to get it work, I might of just built it myself. Maybe would've been cheaper to use a buddy's table saw and other tools but I was lazy.

So you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I think I paid too much. Oh well...

By the way, i received mine on the first. He said shipping was about $82 and offered me a box 100 shipped. I gave him an extra 40 cuz I felt bad about it.

But like I said, box works NOW! For being a pro carpenter, I would not hire you again.

You'll get your box, its not a scam, but looks like he's in the learning process of building boxes.

u usualy charge around 125-150 shipped for small sealed box

Seems like you were one of the guinea pigs....guess he had to start somewhere! Atleast he has the right intentions but shouldn't be selling them at this point I guess, idk.

I will also attest that his boxes are of poor quality. Mine just came in today and he completely forgot to put carpet on the box, my three year old niece could have cut a better hole for the sub, jagged edges with no glue or sealant, and you could fit a 3/8 drill bit through most of the gaps. I am going to file a complaint with paypal today as I could have buried the money and the backyard and been more satisfied.
