6X9's or 6.5 rounds

Ok I am not that knowledgible but in all my vehicles I have done the 6.5's in the doors usually MB Quarts (Doesn't really matter) but I have a 2007 Charger Super Bee I am about to do and the front doors are 6X9's and the rear doors have nothing it is in the deck and with subs I don't even know if there will be rear fill. So my questions is should I go with a high end 6 X 9 which I don't know if that is even an option or just change out to 6.5's? Also the rear deck any ideas? I wanted to use two JL Audio 1000/1's for the subs, not sure if I will use a pair of 10's or 12 W7's I think the 13W7's will take away more trunk space than I want to give up and 2 300/2's for the fronts. Thanks for the advice in advance.
