yea you do, pyramid has them on ebay all the time, same exact ones they have been making since like 15 years ago when I first seen those shitty sounding pieces of ass

The pyramids are knockoffs and are total crap...These were quality made at one time were some of the best 6x9's you could buy...better than Pioneer...Kenwood or Alpine in tha era...They sold new for $99 a pair...equivelant to about $300 today

Nope they were very bad. Yes they were that high though. No way they were near pioneer. I had a set in the back deck of a berreta. They went back to Walmart. Back in the day JBL was trash. Today they are actually descent from what I hear. Just can't buy them still because of bad experiences.

back in the day jensen triax's were the ****, never owned the quads.

Then I got a pair of phase linear 6x9's and they were louder and cleaner sounding. Ran them off a kenwood 2x80watt amp and they would make your ears hurt after 5-10 minutes.

Nice trip down memory lane....

Altec Lansing and MB Quart was the good stuff back in the day, not Jensen. Jensen was the lower end brand of JBL. They were comparable to what audiovox sounds like today.
