6X 6" Speakers...High End Quality-Not sure what.

Hi guys 1st time here and 1st post so sorry in advance for anything I do or don't that I should or shouldn't. I've got a Land Rover Defender 110 that is nearing a complete restoration. In the headliner are four portal type places for 5-6" speakers that need attention as do the two front doors which also have places for what I believe are 6" speakers. So a total of 6 speakers between 5-6" are needed. I am using a iPad mini as my head unit and running it through an istreamer to an amp. That is the scope of my knowledge on the car stereo subject! I work an incredible amount as a pro-chef(gotta pay for that resto!) so I don't have the time to delve into even learning the language of what I should get. Just want to take some good advice from you guys and maybe buy some stuff and enjoy it.

Things to know about the truck:

Diesel powered so its loud.

has empty place in console between front seats where additional head unit can go if needed.

sub will have to come later unless someone has a package

Truck is nearing zero apologies. We want to put something better than decent in there right?

Daily driver/overland truck

That is a decent budget for speakers. For the sub, if you got one would you need an amp for it? We can help you out with some great speakers in that range and possibly even a sub package.
