6CH or 4CH +2CH

Looking to replace my current BOSS 5CH amplifier with a 6CH amplifier or using 4CH and 2CH amplifier. Planning to go active in the future and will need to drive the CDT MX-6CV components sans passive crossover and rear CDT HD690CFX 6x9s.

Looking for suggestions. My budget is capped at around $350-400. Doable? What say you audio gurus.
