600 watt rms amp power wire size?

Just run 0 gauge now. That way if you decide you want more power a bigger wire will be needed. And already having 1/0 installed will eliminate the need to take out wire, replace wire and all that crapola.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

It depends on the lenght of the "run". I wouldn't go any smaller than 4 gauge. Your best option, as stated above, is to run 1/0 and use a distro block. This way you would be "future-proof"!

Only if you never plan on adding anything else. If you plan on adding any other components, run the 1/0 now...you'll be thankful later.
Even if he's running components, those will draw no more than 300W, which is about 25A; that on top of the 50A that the subs will be drawing is nowhere NEAR the 125A limit of the wire.

is not that bad to run more wire. i had a 1200d and 4awg, then i did two runs of 1/0 since i added my d3400 in the back and a 2200d. and had to cut a bigger hole in the fire wall

I believe I mentioned "future-proofing" in my first post. If he ever wanted to add any more amps, I don't think he would want to power everything off of a 4 gauge wire. That's where it would be nice to have the 1/0. I never implied that he needed the 1/0 for his current setup.
