if your system was not on i can assure you he would have never given you a problem. what reason would you have for having your system on while your in the house?? I dont know how loud your gear is but if i did that it would be just begging for trouble.

also playing were you live or near your home is like have a big sign that says STEAL ME. simple rules. never play at home near home or in and around parking lots.

That is ridiculous. I live in MN and there isnt a single cop that turns their car off during a shift, especially in the winter and summer. They will go in and eat a sit down meal at perkins and leave the car running the entire time.
