I live in Denton. . .Had remote starts on my car since 1992, never had a problem.

Was the car in your private driveway, on a street, at an apartment? As someone already said, stereo on is what got you in trouble. . .

The DA for Denton is a nice lady. If you don't go in with an attitude, she will make it right. If you go in with an attitude, good luck to you.

yea,they ticketed a lady that was warming up her car when it was like 15 outside,she had a sick baby and didnt want to take her child out in the cold,ticketed her anyway.cops aint nothing more than legal criminals imo

This afternoon i was warming my car up in my driveway and my system was on i
went inside for about 3 minutes and when opened the door to leave a cop

 

pulled in my drive way. The B!@#$ gave me a ticket for leaving my car unattended

while on and a noise violation. I could care less about the noise violation but the

ticket for leaving my car on was 230 dollars the **** is ridiculous the fine

dosent fit.

cop pulled in your driveway

tell them you are pressing charges for trespassing on private property.

your property, your vehicle.

you can let that shit run until its runs out of gas if you want to.

fight that and pay the noise violation

i think hell be able to get the one ticket dropped or ammended to something smaller, but he still will have to go through the process, which ***** just as much in itself.
