i just got out of all 3/4 of my tickets yesterday at trial.

fight it, do not fight the noise, just send the paper in saying u plead not guilty to the unattended car ticket.

now when you finally get your court trial set, have a wife/gf/friend lie and have them testify that they were in the back seat and the cop didnt see them. and that when they saw the cop going up to the door to ring your door bell, they got out of the car and the cop thought they were never in the car.

that is the only way you will win ^

the law is the law in the eyes of the judge

that is the only way to get a full dismissal out of it ^, otherwise the judge will not dismiss it, they just might lower the fine.

nothign to do with the age of the car. It just means you have your turn on connected to a wire that is active when the car is runing.

if you connect your remote lead only to an ignition lead you will fix this problem.

Hell, I don't have a remote start on my car, but god dam if I don't go out and start it up when it is cold outside.........and I can't lock my doors as I have no other pad, nor am I about to take my pad off my keychain every time, unless I am not at my house that is.

Also if the ticket for your car being on was 250, you are telling me the noise ticket was 350? Fawk that state!

Dood, noise violations around here are like 120 bucks. I have had a couple of them.........and had one in my protege that did over 150 on the TL and cranked like a dumbass and deserved that one, but was still only 120 bucks.

If I was in a parking lot or my car was in the street I might have been able to be calm in that situation. If the cop pulled into my driveway and gave me a ticket for my car running in my own ******* driveway at my own ******* house I would have raised hell.

You could bet your *** he would have to call his supervisor out. That is just plain ridiculous. Moral of the story is keep the volume down though I guess.
