Here's a wake up call: They're not gonna gonna send you the speakers.

You might think about trying other tactics, such as a chargeback with your CC company (though you've waited so long now that any chance of that might be down the drain).

Bad thing is, even if the guy did give you the tracking number, you can't do jack with it. I believe the longest it stays in any system is 6 months. I woulda gave him a month to get my shit to me before getting a refund. Especially when it was stated that they were ready to go.

Dealercostaudio has horrible service and i consider them a scam site, they take your money and never ship the products. I had a huge problem with them and so did 2 other guys i know. OP i am not sure why you would wait 11 months for them to send you products, you should have gotten a refund after the first few months and purchased the product from another shop. I am very sorry to tell you but i think you have been scammed and at 11 months after the transaction you can not really do much either through your CC company
