Price: $25 a pair, + $8 shipping

-- Surround --

foam-rubber; pliable, closed-cell; sparkles like butyl.

-- Diaphram --

plastic - seems very thin

-- Enclosure --

thick polyeurethane

-- Craftsmanship --

Perfectly sealed into it's 'enclosure'

Terminals on the bottom

-- Bling --

Absolutely none.

-- Concept --

The enclosure serves to seperate the subwoofer's waves / impact from the midrange's environment; A novel idea, saves the time, effort, cost, and weight of constructing an additional enclosure.

-- Pros --

Sounds great; impressive midbass, actually; has good snap.

Ease of use / installation in the proper environment.

Inexpensive, good results.

Took every bit of my PG m50 amp.

-- Cons --

Diaphragm is of questionable durability.

Enclosure 'cans' don't fit in my rear deck. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Drivers are 8 ohms.

Narrow field-of-focus.

-- Recommendations --

Obviously directed at the home-audio crowd, at an 8 ohm impedance, and use of less durable materials. I thought I'd take advantage of the sealed enclosure can for mounting them in my car; Didn't work out as planned. Nonetheless, they sound great; Even sitting on my back seat while I contemplate installation options.
