and i'm not going to... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yes thats what they mean.
is there a reason why they are a little pricey? i mean for 20-30$ i can buy a whole sheet of MDF almost

of course i understand its a service and work to it, but it shouldnt be too hard to cut a circle. just wonderin

I don't even remember what price I gave was. $30 shipped I think it was. Look at Selects prices and then their pics. Mine are mounted on baffles already and rounded over and smooth. Thats the difference.

Unless of course you just want some to mount the speaker to and act as a spacer or something? Mine are more geared towards those wanting to fiberglass them into panels or something.

cuz they have to make it somewhat worthwhile. shipping will be like $10, materials will be about $5. after everything, they're making like $15 tops.

and cuz they know people are lazy/dont have the tools and would rather just pay for it.

Those look useless.

all they are are rings... i couldnt take those and screw them to my doors.. i'd have to make another baffle to screw those too.. countersink the screws then mount the speaker to the ring.

I bought $100 cutout tool and made my own mounting baffles...

well i'm not making door pods or anything, so i dont think they are useless. i mean, i only need a couple rings to mount the 6.5's onto , then mount the ring to the door. i will do it like this: http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=95925 so there is no need for me to buy any 100$ cutting tool. jigsaw and cut a circle

the speakers will be HIDDEN not sticking out of the door panel in plain view
