6.5 comps in 5x7?

I own a 1998 Chevy Malibu, my front speakers are stock 5x7's. Is it possible to fit 6.5" Components in those slots?

Yes just make baffles out of MDF or buy plastic speaker adapters

yes aslong as the motor fits u should be good by making a baffle then just mounting the baffle to the 5x7 pattern and then mount the 6.5's
