Go to Search and Type in Rainbow and you will get a million threads all with people raving about how good Rainbow's are. Their lower line SLC's are supposed to be very very good for the price that they are at which is like 250 ish. and The ones that I really want are the Germaniums which are supposed to be amazing. So, do the search and dont be intimidated by the amount of stuff you will find

The Lotus performance are a very nice set; midbass is punchy as hell, good midrange although not the greatest. Tweet is pretty smooth, but not much top end extension. Set is pretty darn efficient; the A4 fronts would power the set very nicely. Passives could allow for better attenuation options for the tweet, but overall a very nice set.

i have the lotus reference set. midrange on the reference mids are detailed and mibass is very snappy. the tweet is very smoothe yet detailed but as mentioned earlier the top end extension isn't as good but no slouch. if you can get it, i would.
