you gonna foam that gap at the widow up top?

Not sure how to go about that yet. The small gap on the passenger and driver sides are the only open spots. I will have to get everything vinyled before I do that, I will figure something out. Alot more windshield flex now regardless

I think it would almost be better to foam it before you vinyl it, that way you dont get it on the vinyl. I think foaming is your only route. You'd need to build somethin on the back of that piece to keep the foam up in that spot while drying tho.

The thing is those pieces that come together at the corners there have to come off to be wrapped. If I tried doing the vinyl without wrapping it, I would think it might look shitty, but idk. If I foam up there now, I deff will not be able to get the pieces off to wrap.

Put wax paper on the back of the pieces you dont want the foam to stick to.

For me, I didnt want foam touching my windows or headlinder. I guess If I just put wax/tin paper there first it wount even touch it but would make a good deal....

This setup far surpasses any of my previous at a fraction of the price and power. Hopefully this gives people a good idea of what can be done with low end equipment. This happens to be 99.9% enclosure though, so results may very. I will have a new build log in the near future.
