5x7's?

My Lincoln Mark VIII's speakers are 5X7's in the front and back. The SQ from that stock JBL system is amazing believe it or not, but I need midbass. What do I do? I'm completely new to changing speakers.

i just installed 5x7 alpine type s speakers in the rear of my friends dodge truck (5 1/4 in the fronts)

hte speakers sound great, he gets alot of bass out of them.

yeah im surpised with the Alpines too good speakers for that size. or u can go with pioneer.

Hmmm... I just read through a worklog where a guy put 6.5's in the front of his Mark VIII and replaced the 5x7's in the back and the tweets in the front and back. Since I'm getting a 15" XXX maybe the next step should be some XXX 6.5's in the front and tweets. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Does anyone know what power the stock amp in the back of a 1995 Mark VIII is? I'm still searching, and if I could get that **** ***** of a basket that is holding it off of the roof of my trunk I would just find out by looking at it :/

go with the polk momo 5X7 coax and put about 100watts to each of them they will HIT
