5V Power Source 2016 Ford F150

I am attempting to hard wire my Sirius Radio and I need to find a 5V power source, or a cheap way to regulate down from 12V to 5V from the battery. I have 0 experience building circuits so I am trying to avoid that route.

not helping here but why would you need 5v for a sirius radio

is this a non-car radio you're using?

i guess you could just use a basic voltage limiting circuit to cut the voltage assuming it requires dcv

It runs off a cigarette lighter, however I want to hardwire to the battery that way I keep both of my cigarette lighters open for cell phone chargers. I dont want to solder onto the cigarette lighter and then run that to the battery unless I have to. I just feel it will look sloppy and I am attempting to find a cleaner install option.

Solder a ground wire and accessory wire to your sirius plug. We do this all the time. Or use this: Peripheral 12V DC Adapter Black CIGSOCK - Best Buy

Radio Shack still sells a 5v voltage regulator, @ 1A
