Requirements:

Soft and musical silk dome tweeter, pretty sure i don't want metallics but perhaps you can change my mind.

The mid-bass cone must be moisture resistant, don't want a paper cone that will absorb moisture and change the sound of the speaker.

Cast Aluminum Basket for the mid-bass, this may be a stretch but i might get lucky.

Plus or Minus 75W rms rating, my amplifier puts out 75W rms per channel.

I thought about buying new speakers but realized good speakers last long time and i would be happy with a used set that wasn't abused.

I really want a 6.5" component set because it gives me a lot more speakers to choose from but i am not sure about plastic adapter plates, they flimsy or are they sturdy ?

Under $100 but would pay a lil more for the right stuff.

Won't be ready to purchase until June 1st.

I have a source for excellent quality adapters that will fit a 6.5" woofer with a 5.5" cutout. If you can bump the budget up I can suggest components and provide the adapters as well for a perfect fit.

i can make you a set out of ABS plastic for either just the mid or the mid and tweet. you can pick the component set and I'll make it to fit the mid.

Hi, fasfocus00 has offered to make the adapters to mount 6.5's in the doors but i'm all ears.

We can bump the budget up no problem, what do you suggest ?
