I have double 20% on my sides and back with a 10" 5% bar on my windshield followed with 40% the rest of the way down and you cant really tell its different on the outside. You just cant see in any window but at night you can see great through your windshield because the 40% is polarized..

you wont even notice the difference because you really cant even tell you have the whole windshield tinted

i have 30% and u cant even tell really only at night when u r driving

Ah, may consider this then.

Haha, that's too dark for me. My neighbor has 35% on his front windshield on his Escalade and I ***** when I have to ride somewhere with him at night cause I can't see out well at all.
A friend of mine used to have 5% all the way around his Lincoln MarkVIII, it was rediculous.

Yeah I noticed that on my friend's MR2. He has 50% on the whole windshield and it doesn't look tinted, but it looks nicer then stock. It's a subtle change. I like the visibility out of his though so I think I'm going to stick to 50% for the front.

My neighbor's escalade with 35% on the front however looks pitch black from the front on the outside. You can't see in at all.

40-30% is a good medium because they are still polarized allowing you to barely tell from the inside increasing visibility yet helping out on sunny days. I love it...never have to wear sun glasses in my truck anymore with the big black strip and rest of the windshield tinted

Yeah I don't think my tinter carries 40 though. From what I know he only has 5%, 15%, 20%, 35%, 50%. I think.

a friend of mine had 5% on his windshield and I asked him one night how he saw at night and he was like well you kinda have to guess at objects.....my luck isnt that good so I stuck with visibility
Hahaha. Yeah, I tend to have terrible luck as well. I'm a horrid guesser. Not down to attempt that one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

i say 15 my friend has 5 and he complains about not being able to see at night
Yeah, I'm really leaning towards the 15%. The poll has 5% winning, but on a silver car I really think 5% may look too dark. On a black car I would do 5% cause it would look great, but on a silver car I'm a bit weary.

well do this, go with 15% on the sides and back along with a bar however big you want on the front. drive around for a week or however long it takes and see if you like it, if you want a little darker go back and get your front tinted 35% and itll make a world of a difference.

unless you just want to tint it all at once lol
