5 channel amp and 6.5" component speakers with crossovers

I'm looking to buy a quality used 5 channel amplifier with at least 40-50 watts rms x4 @4 ohms and 300+ rms watts x1 @2-4 ohms. I need this for my 2008 Legacy gt. let me know what you have. I'm also looking for 6.5" component speakers with crossover. must be quality components.
