4x6 2-way Plates???

I was looking at the Infinity and Clarion 2-way Plates and I was thinking, Hey! WTF? that's a good idea! I haven't had a chance to hear them yet though, so before I go out and take a listen, does anyone have any comments on this design? Seems logical to me, a smaller midrange driver and tweeter that can probably be pushed by a deck and sound decent!
