Itd be a lot better to try and split that power between a pair of subs..

^And sorry, but just about any sub seeing a true 4kw continuous will run into problems pretty quick..

I've got friends with AQ 3500s on each 9518 and also autotek 4000.1 on each AQ HDC3-A and they both beat on their setups pretty hard daily.

Keep the box on the smaller side of the recommended size and just be smart about it and you should be fine.

SHW/HW and APX/APXX will handle that daily. My buddy used a atomic 5k on one daily, and most likely will try a soundigital 8k on one for a few songs. The 5k was on the apxx, and most likely the 8k will be on an apx.

I've heard the RD super heavy weight can. 3k gives you more sub options though

Well yea, you wont be getting even close to full continuous power on music/daily...so in a way we are both right, it should be fine if you have 4kw of rms to play with it should take it no-sweat because it wouldnt be seeing a true 4kw almost ever unless you go full-tilt on sine waves on the daily..
