4ch-amp bridged to components

How would I go about bridging a 4 channel JL 300/4 to run a set of components?

75x4 rms

150x2 rms bridged

If I just used the front left and front right, would each side get 150rms? Or would they each get 75 and there still be unused leftover power in the rears?

If I bridged the front to the left speaker and the rear to the right speaker, will I lose stereo?

So I did some research and here's what I'm finding. I will lose stereo if I bridge. But what I can do is use a Y adapter to put the left preout signal into the front inputs, and another Y-adapter to put the right preout signal into the rear inputs, and bridge accordingly. Does that make sense to anyone?
