4AWG on AQ1200D

Going to buy my AQ1200D soon. Will my Kicker 4AWG be enough to run this? I don't plan on upgrading soon. I looked it up and it apparently meets AWG standards. It's a run from the front of my Civic to the trunk.

I just don't want to burn up the wire / amp. I'll upgrade to 0 and run a distro block from it if i have to, but I'd prefer not to if its unnecessary.

It will be fine. That's what I'm running now and it works great. I'm upgrading to all zero tho, mainly cuz I am getting the crescendo bc2k soon.

amp has 4g inputs, you'll be fine

I've put 2gauge welding wire in mine with no reducers so you will be fine.

at least the kicker wire is high quality and over stranded.. it should be fine like mentioned above it never hurts to go bigger but i wouldn't hesitate to use the 4 gauge you have.
