I need some ideas on the best sub for around 450. I know that is a very broad statment but hey thats all im asking for. High xmax, good spl and some sq. Pretty musical, and just an overall nice sub. I was thinking Re XXX 18? Possibly even two nice 12's instead...

RE XXX's are terrible for anything other than SQ, they've only got 2 flimsey *** spiders on them. And honestly your enclosure dictates more on how the sub is going to sound in the end.
